What is the psychological assessment process like?

The assessment process will differ somewhat depending on your goals and needs. It generally consists of a thorough interview with parents and/or the client over phone or Zoom, interviews with relevant professionals (e.g., teachers, therapists), questionnaires, in-person testing sessions, a comprehensive report with recommendations, and a feedback meeting to discuss the findings and a plan for the client.

Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance but can submit an itemized superbill to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Can assessments be conducted virtually?

Many components of the assessment can be conducted virtually, such as the clinical interview and results discussion meeting. However, an in-person meeting or meetings is recommended to provide a more thorough and reliable assessment.

Where do I park?

There is a paid parking lot on Raymond Ave. between Colorado Blvd. and Union St. on the east side of the street. There is also ample metered street parking surrounding the building.
